WESLEY W.S. PAN is the senior partner of the China office.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
In 2007, Mr. Pan a co-founded of AL NPL Partners, Inc., an investment management and advisory firm focused exclusively on investments in NPLs in China. Mr. Pan is the founder of Alpha Leader Group Limited, (“ALGL”), a Hong Kong company which provides financial services and investment advice related to the NPL market in China. Mr. Pan also founded and is the Managing Partner of Alpha & Leader Law Firm (“A&L”), a Chinese law firm and Ader Asset Management Limited which provides portfolio management services related to NPL’s in China.
Mr. Pan has extensive experience providing legal and transaction advisory services to both foreign and domestic clients on matters relating to NPL portfolios, distressed assets, real estate projects, corporate finance, debt restructuring and other related transactions.
Major clients include Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Bank of China, the CBC and the four major AMCs. Mr. Pan received he's LLB from Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou and a Bachelors Degree from the Guangdong Zhongshan University.

- Mr. Pan is a founding member of the Alpha & Leader law firm. Before joining the firm, he was associated with Guangdong Trust Law Firm and Guangdong Kingson Law Firm.
Mr. Pan obtained his LL.B from Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou.
