Alpha & Leader Law Firm (“ALLF”) is one of the few law firms in China that has adopted international management standards of operation.
ALLF is based in Guangzhou and has offices in Shanghai and Beijing. ALLF also maintains a representative office in Hong Kong.
ALLF is comprised of domestic and international legal professionals with specialized expertise and experience in transactions involving non-performing loans (“NPL”) and other special situation investments, foreign direct investment, venture capital, banking, corporate governance and general corporate legal services. ALLF maintain a global network of commercial banks, investment bankers, asset management companies, multi-national corporations, international financial institutions, intermediaries and governmental organizations and have worked closely with many foreign law firms in NPL and other types of transactions, including Paul Hastings, Clifford Chance, and Allen & Overy.
Effective January 1, 2008 ALLF entered into an alliance with Bryan Cave LLP resulting in a “best friends relationship” whereby the two law firms have agreed to refer clients to each other in their respective practice areas and jurisdictions.
